2016-17 Rates - APPROVED

The below rates are for the ACADEMIC YEAR, both fall and spring. One half of the rate is billed at the start of each semester. Monthly billing is not available, but payment plans can be arranged through Accounts Receivable. For summer rates, visit our summer web site.

With the exception of Schilletter-University Village (SUV), all rates are per student, per academic year, and include all utilities.

  • AC = Air-Conditioning. Of the 19 residence halls, only 7 are air-conditioned.
  • MP = Yes indicates a Meal Plan is required in this area.
  • Traditional = rooms share bathrooms located centrally on each house
  • Suites = rooms have semi-private bathrooms shared by 2-6 residents
  • WB = Yes indicates the building is open during Winter Break. All other buildings close.

In addition to the rates listed, all residence hall and apartment residents are assessed mandatory dues which contribute to programming and upkeep of community-owned equipment. Please review the Terms and Conditions for specific dues information.

Schilletter and University Villages Apartment Rates
The numbers of apartments listed is how many of each type exist, not how many are currently available for assignment.
 
All rates listed are per apartment, per academic year, and include all utilities except gas.
  • In single student one bedroom or two bedroom PRIVATE units, one occupant pays the entire rent.
  • In single student two bedroom, SHARED units, two occupants each pay one half of the rent.
  • In family apartments, one contracted resident pays the rent for the apartment
Residents of pet apartments are charged the pet rate regardless of pet ownership.
  • In SHARED pet apartments, if one roommate leaves, the apartment reverts to PRIVATE until the remaining resident finds their own new roommate.
