Items marked * are very limited and may not be available.
Buchanan Hall and Frederiksen Court Rates
- Rates are per student, per the term indicated and include ALL utilities.
- The entire rate is billed in full at the start of the summer.
- Double as Single rooms offered only if space is available. Having a double as single for one term does not guarantee same for future terms. Extra furniture is not be removed
Schilletter and University Village Rates
- Rates are per apartment, per the term indicated and include all utilities including gas and electricity.
- The entire rate is billed in full at the start of the summer.
- Monthly billing is available by request in AccessPlus. The deadline to request monthly billing for summer is April 20, 2012.
- All UV Townhouses are 2 bedroom units.
- In UV one bedroom or two bedroom PRIVATE units, one occupant pays the entire rent.
- In UV two bedroom, SHARED units, the rental rate and electricty billing is split evenly between both residents.
- Residents in pet apartments are required to take the unit as private or find their own roommates.
- In the event one roommate moves out, the apartment reverts to PRIVATE. The remaining resident is required to pay full rent until he/she finds a new roommate.
